Oravelin documents six distinct fitness levels, beginning with a structured introductory block designed for individuals with no prior structured training background. Each level references the movement competencies expected at entry and sets clear progression criteria for advancing to the next block.
Programme documentation on the Oravelin platform is accessible without subscription. The full programme index, session briefs, and progression tables are available through the Programmes section. No registration is required to view or reference any content.
The majority of Oravelin programmes operate with no equipment. Resistance band protocols are catalogued separately, and those sessions clearly indicate the band tension classification required. All bodyweight and HIIT sessions require only sufficient floor space and appropriate footwear.
Programme documentation is reviewed on a quarterly basis. Updates are indexed by revision number within each session brief. When a session brief is revised, the previous version is archived and the new version is published with a noted revision date. This practice maintains a documented record of all methodological changes.
Oravelin does not produce bespoke programming on a per-individual basis. The documented programme range covers a broad spectrum of levels and training objectives. Enquiries about programme selection relative to a particular training history or objective can be submitted via the contact form above, and a response will indicate the most appropriate documented programme.
